no formal ; the hot topic for today?
Yep, no formal for Year 10's this year. There was a bit of a mix of responses I guess. Some were traumatised , some simply didn't care , some simply accepted. Instead we're having a dinner thing? My opinion is that its not that to be honest. I'm not tramutised for the matter , I mean seriously I have better things to worry about ( not better but you know what I mean ) I guess what really matters is that there's a special night with your friends when you can celebrate that Year 10 's over. We had a mega talk with the principal today about it . She also talked about how she was a bit dissapointed on how much Year 10's efforts were. I understand that formal expenses are mega expensive and that's fair enough. The prinicipal that the average spend for the formal for each person is 450 dollars. WOW : But overall , I'm okay with it ; not a big loss.
I'm currently watching " Boys Over Flowers". Yes , its a Korean Drama okay? :L Carol recommended it to me =) Today was alright nothing exciting or big happened except this formal issue. I was glad to get home.
