Lily Allen is in Sydney :) (Y)
I logged into Twitter yesterday and its been a few days since the last time I've logged on , and that's when I found out that Lily Allen has landed in Sydney :) Its a shame though that I'm not going her gig though which dissapoints me. Carol & I will be going to the city on Saturday as planned, and hey you never know how lucky I can get & see her there? LOL . I absolutely love the city :)
Today was okay. It went quicker than I expected it to be. Finally continued watching " The Crucible" in Elective History. The DVD player just closed when it came up to a scene which was a bit annoyed. Hopefully it gets fixed by next lesson :) Double English was okay as well. My group & I presented today , nothing exciting really. For the last group's activity though, we had to blow up balloons and I have a weakness of blowing up balloons. I can never blow it properly. I dislike tying it because I never get enough grip and I end up letting it go , leading the balloon to make this humourous noise. I got my informal Religion writing task back. I did okay , got a B-. I wasn't even prepared HAHA. One of those last minute tasks but I'm satisfied with the mark. HSIE was boring as usual , I almost fell asleep as most HSIE lessons. At lunch, Elyssa,Carol,and I decided to participate in the 40 hour famine program. Its when you give up something like technology , food or something that you would find difficult to sacrfice for 40 hours. I decided that I will not fight with my mother for 40 hours. To some of people , this would be a joke but to me I personally think that this will be a challenging task for me. The result of this would be interesting. We also have to look for sponsors and ask for money. Elyssa, Carol , and I will be going around my and maybe Elyssa's neighbourhood to look for donations. I also realised that half yearly exams are quicky approaching and I have to start studying properly ARGH ==. Another point is that everyone was complaining how cold it was today & it seemed that I was the only person to be loving it :L My friends were saying statements like " I hate winter" [ oh no , not that phrase :( ] and " fuck you winter" ( aww == ) I even put some side comments made my myself , and yes the comments that are in brackets lol. I still and always love winter :)
Tomorrow is back to house or school sport for Year 10's again & we have to walk to that park again but that's a good thing because its winter :) I don't feel like going to the mall after school tomorrow though. Everyone goes to the local shopping centre on a Thursday afternoon. You will see all these teenagers in different uniforms walking around. The colours of the uniforms will attract your eyes though. All those different colours like blue,yellow,green and so on. You see all these so called different "cliches" for example : nerds, Hardcore Asian TB's ( let's not get there), Filipino freshies, and the list goes on and on.
I have also changed my display picture :) I love the background. You should watch the sky on a hill, rooftop , or somewhere you will have a good view of the sky around sunset on a winter afternoon. Its absolutely beautiful & stunning. You won't regret it :)
well I'm off to rest and gain energy !
