The reasons we cry. (back on blogger) There are many reasons we cry.

We cry because we’re sad and alone.
We cry because we’re happy and thankful.
We cry because we’re relieved and glad its all over.
We cry because we’re hurt and the the pressure gets to us.
We cry because we’re angry and furious that the tears that drop are warm.
We cry because we’re worried and troubled that we don’t know what to expect.
We cry because we’re confused and lost , it feels like like we’ve lost direction.

Crying helps a lot. It releases the stress and emotion. Crying is perfectly fine. Crying is not for the weak. Crying is a brave act as you are not afraid to express and release your emotion. Holding your feelings and emotions in makes you weak. Don’t be afraid to face your emotions. What you feel is what you feel. Hang in there , our tears turn into jewels. These jewels then form into something we can use and treasure for the rest of our lives.

So don’t be afraid to cry , let it all out.

I haven't been to much really , my SAT (university) exam is on Saturday and I'm very certain that I will have a panic attack on the day. Oh well , I'm ready to take it on ! The year is ending , time passes so quickly. You don't realise it until when time hits you.
